Microclimatic support systems

Group of companies "PREMIUM" provides microclimatic support for telecommunication objects using conditioning systems Close Control (CC). These systems have the following advantages:

In accordance with the certain object features different kinds of Close Control class aggregates from uniform rank may be applied:

• providing chilled water utilization;
• a direct evaporation system with external condenser;

• dual cooling system of TWIN-COOL type,
• systems with energy-saving work cycle of ENERGY-SAVING type.

    Special versions of direct evaporation systems with external aero-chilling condenser were designed   for Russian climate conditions. In order to support the microclimate of the equipment located in technology containers it is preferred to use specific aggregates of Danline type. Danline type aggregates are internal installation monoblocks working on principle of direct evaporation with air cooling.

Central conditioning

    The ventilation system based on a central conditioner is a complex of technical tools providing regulated air exchange in a room or in the rooms or in the building. The air exchange is auspicious for a man and required for certain processes. Ventilation systems are designed to remove deleterious substance generated indoors — carbon dioxide, dust, etc. and the inflow of fresh air.

Fire-fighting systems

Focusing on the modern concept to fire-protection facilities special attention is paid to addressing analogue systems, such as Unitronic (JSC "Unitest”, Russia), ESA (OY ESMI AB, Finland), SecuriPro (Securiton, Switzerland),with a big information capacity which provides more accurate and rapid response to emergency situations .

    In active means area of fire-fighting facilities "PREMIUM" focuses on gas fire extinguishing automatic sets with modules MGP16 and MGP50, produced by "ARTSOK" (Russia). Modules have electrical, pneumatic and manual starter, explosion-proof construction. Modules are used in the composition of modular and centralized gas fire extinguishing sets for fire-fighting facilities and equipment while total and local extinguishing. This equipment has a guarantee period up to 36 months and certified according to ISO 9001 standards of international quality system.
"PREMIUM ENGINEERING" company is the official representative of JSC “ARTSOK” in Russia with regard to supply, design, installation and maintenance of gas fire extinguishing.

Engineering automated control systems

    One of the ways to reduce the upkeep of buildings and communications facilities costs, improving the management of life support and safety complex is the application of integrated management control and monitoring systems. These systems allow to minimize resources consumption (electricity, heat, water, gas, etc.),to receive the necessary information about operating and engineering systems condition (air conditioning, heating, fire extinguishing, safety, electricity) at any time , to automate and to optimize system processes, to reduce the risk of emergencies.
    Group of companies "PREMIUM" provides control system implementation based on WAGO equipment — for systems of communications facilities level (fiber-optic circuit, basic station), and also Continuum equipment by Andover Controls Corporation company — for systems of switching center and administrative building level.
    System WAGO I/O is designed for remote data retrieval and to control based on industrial networks Fieldbus. The system allows to send and to receive digital and analog signals and also to exchange the data with various special devices.
WAGO I/O ideology is based on enabling the user maximum of opportunities to configure, build up and maintain the system. Connection to different engineering systems (devices) is carried out through the application of respective basic controllers, however the input modules content may remain unchanged. The user is given the opportunity of flexible changing the system composition through the modules application with the number of channels I / O from 1 to 4.

The main components of the WAGO I / O include:

• Universal modular controllers for input-output control.

    WAGO I / O controllers are used by “PREMIUM” company while creating the systems of monitoring and remote objects control (technological containers), equipped with engineering systems: air conditioning, heating, fire extinguishing, safety, electricity.
    Continuum System is designed on network Ethernet (TCP / IP, 10 Mbit / s) and on universal self-acting controllers SH9900 basis. Controllers SH9900 integrates I / O modules and executive controllers Infinet / Infinet II, which are connected to building systems equipment.
    An important advantage of Continuum system is the availability of fire safety certificate, allowing using the system as a fire alarm equipment and engineering equipment control in a fire condition.

    The main control center – the Continuum Cyberstation workstation provides operator with information about operation and state of the building’s systems, allows monitoring and confirmation of alarms, control over equipment, keeping logs and creating reports.

    Special attention is paid to system openness on various levels, which permits to achieve integration of virtually any equipment of third parties, thus reserving previously invested funds. Continuum allows to:

• support of BACnet, LON, EIB, Modbus, Tanknet interfaces on controller level;
• COM, DCOM, ODBC, OLE, OPC protocols support on Continuum Cyberstation workstation level;
• systems and equipment integration with RS-232/485 port by program driver on controller level;
• possibility to configure and program the system by the user without assistance;
