        Among the tasks, which the PREMIUM ENGENEERING company group deals with, is creating of transport network on the basis of separate fiber optic communication lines and trunk fiber optic transmission systems STM-1, STM-4, STM-16, STM-64 on the base of leading manufacturers’ equipment: Nortel, ECI, Nateks, Huawei, Lucent.

        List of works, performed by holding company includes:
• Network organization schemes and full package of project documentation development, including questions of synchronization and control of fiber optic communication lines;
• Building of line fiber optic communication lines constructions, including cable installation on electric power lines
• Laying of optic cables in the cable ductwork in urban areas
• Laying of optic cable in soil,  trench, protective plastic pipes
• Measurement of fiber optic communication characteristics
• Arrangement of fiber optic lines communication centers (adjustment of rooms, delivery and assembling of engineering systems)
• Assembling, commissioning of main processing fiber optic communication lines equipment
• Installation of in-house made containers for placing there equipment of unattended relay centers (nonattended station fiber optic communication lines), as well as their equipping with engineering systems (firefighting, air conditioning and ventilation, diesel-generator set).

        In order to perform works in creating fiber optic communication lines in PREMIUM ENGENEERING company there is a functioning mobile communication laboratory on basis of automobile GAZ 2705, with package of necessary equipment: optical power meter FPR-302, optical emission source FLS-300, visual damage locator FLS-241, welding set FSM-50S and other devices.
